For more than 20 years, we have tailored powder coatings to our customers' applications and operating conditions. Our custom powder coatings begin with understanding those requirements and continue through sample preparation, customer approval, bulk production and delivery.
1. Confirming Your Powder Coating Requirements
We first discuss the intended application, the substrate to be coated, and the required color, texture and gloss. A RAL or Pantone reference helps establish the color target for custom powder coating color matching. Texture options may include orange peel or sand texture, while gloss requirements may range from matte to high gloss.
We also ask whether the coated products are for domestic sale or export and what testing is required. For export orders, we confirm the documentation required for the destination and end use, including a safety data sheet (SDS) and applicable RoHS (restricted substances) and REACH (chemicals regulation) documentation. Certain colors, such as yellow, may involve specific heavy metal migration requirements. Any required testing or declaration needs to be agreed for the particular product and application.
2. Color Matching and Sample Preparation
Once the requirements are agreed, our technical team begins powder coating color matching and formulation. We aim to prepare powder coating samples within two days of agreeing the requirements.
Before sending the powder, we spray test panels in our factory. Our inspection team then checks film thickness, color difference, scratch resistance, hardness and other agreed properties. This powder coating quality control step helps us assess the sample before it reaches the customer.
3. Customer Trials and Sample Approval
After the sample passes our checks, we send it to the customer for a coating trial on their own products. Sample approval follows the customer's assessment of the actual coating result.
If the trial does not produce the expected finish, our technical team reviews the situation and offers guidance. We work with the customer through further trials to address the problem before moving into bulk production.
4. Bulk Production, Packing and Delivery
After the customer confirms the sample, we pass the approval to our production team and arrange bulk manufacturing.
The next stages in our powder coating manufacturing process are screening, weighing, packing and palletizing. The finished powder is then prepared for delivery to the customer. These are the final steps connecting the approved sample with the material supplied for their production.

5. Retained Panels and Repeat Orders
After the first order, we retain and store the approved panels as a reference for future deliveries. Keeping these samples gives us a practical standard for checking batch consistency when the customer reorders.
For customers with whom we have a long-standing relationship, we also prepare stock to help meet urgent supply needs.
6. Communication That Supports Long-Term Cooperation
Custom powder coating supply depends on trust and continued cooperation. Whether we are working with a large business or a small factory, we believe that clear communication helps resolve problems. This approach has supported our customer relationships for more than 20 years.
Discuss Your Custom Powder Coating Requirements
Send us your application, substrate, RAL or Pantone reference, preferred texture and gloss, and any testing requirements. Request a powder coating sample or quotation so we can discuss a suitable starting specification.
