Chengwei Powder manufactures thermosetting powder coatings for industrial customers. We combine outdoor polyester and indoor epoxy-polyester hybrid formulations with custom color matching and OEM manufacturing, helping you select a finish for your product and application conditions.
Our origins date back to Jiangsu Changshu Powder Coatings Factory, established in 1985. The business was reorganized as Suzhou Chengwei Powder Co., Ltd. in 2003.

Outdoor polyester powder coatings
Our outdoor pure polyester powder coatings are used for exterior metal parts, automotive components, equipment and building materials. Discuss the weathering and corrosion performance required for your project before choosing a formulation.
Indoor epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coatings
We supply indoor epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coatings for appliances, furniture, toolboxes and other interior metal products. Smooth, orange peel and sand textures are available in gloss, semi-gloss and matte finishes.

Custom colors, gloss and texture
Send a RAL or Pantone reference, or a physical sample. Our team can develop a powder coating to match your color and finish requirements, with spray-out panels available for approval before mass production.
Lab formulation and sample approval typically take 7–10 business days. OEM manufacturing and custom packaging are available.
Tell us the substrate, indoor or outdoor use, target gloss and your coating line's curing conditions so we can recommend an appropriate formulation.
Testing equipment for coating evaluation
Our testing equipment supports evaluation of the finish and coated panel, including color measurement, adhesion, pencil hardness, film thickness and surface resistance. Test methods and acceptance criteria should be confirmed for your selected product and application.

We can provide technical guidance on application parameters and troubleshooting. Please specify the technical data, safety documentation or test reports your purchasing team requires, so we can confirm the documentation for the proposed formulation.
Packaging for handling and transport
Our standard powder coating packaging is a 20 kg polyethylene inner bag inside a carton. Custom packaging can be discussed for your order.
Packages are labeled with the required curing temperature and time. Keep powder in its original, unopened packaging, away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. Our published storage guidance specifies temperatures below 25°C.

Manufacturing experience in industrial finishes
Our production equipment includes premixing, extrusion, compacting and pulverizing machinery. Six production lines and warehousing support our powder coating manufacturing operations.
Our customer experience includes Changshu Torin Auto Parts Co., Ltd. for jack coatings, and Baixue Electric Appliances for freezer and air-conditioner coatings. These applications inform our work with customers on color, texture and application requirements.
