High-Gloss Outdoor Powder is formulated with a high-performance pure polyester resin system, specifically designed for high-brightness decoration and long-lasting protection of outdoor metal substrates. The coating achieves a gloss level of 85% or higher, with a smooth, mirror-like surface and vibrant, saturated colors.

Tough & Wear-Resistant – Scratch Resistant
High coating hardness (≥2H), strong adhesion (Grade 0), excellent impact and scratch resistance, effectively withstanding windblown sand abrasion and daily bumps.
Corrosion & Rust Resistance – All-Weather Applicability
Passes neutral salt spray testing (≥500 hours). Excellent resistance to moisture and salt corrosion, suitable for corrosive environments such as coastal and industrial areas.
Eco-Friendly & Cost-Effective
Near-zero VOC emissions. Overspray powder can be recycled and reused, achieving an overall utilization rate of over 95%, reducing coating costs.
